Suggestion
While in this relaxed state, your hypnotherapist will provide positive suggestions and affirmations tailored to your specific riding goals. These suggestions are designed to reprogram your subconscious mind for greater confidence, focus, and connection with your horse.
Deepening
This stage involves further deepening your state of relaxation and focus, allowing for more profound and impactful suggestions.
Emergence
You will be gently guided back to full awareness, feeling refreshed and empowered.
